Why Organised Solutions?
Understanding our strengths and weaknesses is vital to developing our own performance style. Performers are not born, but developed. Just like a player in any sporting team, they are an integral part of the team outcomes, but not necessarily the most knowledgeable, highest scorer, nor most skilful. They may be the calm head in a crisis, the motivation behind the most skilful, the support behind the team confidence, or just the belief in taking key decisions. People's potential is what makes them value. Performance is what indicates this potential is being utilised to its maximum.
Our TRAIN-COACH programs help people understand themselves well enough to realise what is happening and separate this from what needs to happen? Utilising our natural skills, internal motives, emotional states and perspectives ensures we can perform consistently at our highest levels.
Performers are not born........... they are developed.
People are often promoted because they exhibit certain attributes. Strong confidence, competitiveness to achieve, perhaps good planning ability or strong communication and negotiation skills. Often these attributes are presumed to indicate to ability to consistently perform. But we all have natural abilities. Often our lack self awareness prohibits us developing these, resulting in our performances not meaning business expectations.
Along with strengths we also have weaknesses or sabotage patterns. These overheads on our natural abilities can reduce our self belief and capacity to perform.
People are a business's greatest & most expensive asset. The ability of a business to harness its people potential will make a major impact on its bottom line performance.
