John Butel
Managing Director
As founder and TRAIN-COACH in leadership, sales & team work, John delivers uniquely developed programs from personal experience for sales people (direct & channel), sales managers, business unit leaders and business owners. These programs improve leadership potential, accelerate team performance and enhance the understanding of business psychology.
Having spent 25 years selling and managing sales teams, with a degree in Marketing, NLP Master Practitioner & BELBIN Team Roles trainer and numerous Technology sales awards, John will bring impact to your business to drive results, change and motivation.
With 10+ years of results with clients such as Intel, IBM, Schneider Electric, Fuji Xerox, Toshiba, Allied Telesyn, Alcatel, HP, Cisco and Symantec and their channel partners, John has proven his programs produce above expectant results.
Using his developed blend of TRAIN-COACH learning programs attendees are provided the skill and understanding of what they need to do to succeed and how they need to adapt their attitude to make these adjustments a reality and the results forth coming.

Alec Sandeman
He has over 15 years’ experience in helping organizations improve their sales effectiveness, through a combined approach of sales process, selling communication skills programs and consulting services.
Alec has worked for a diverse range of clients including; IBM, Travelex, Siemens, Macquarie Bank, Deutsche Bank, SKM, P&H Minepro and the RTA where his extensive experience in sales and senior management has provided valuable insight in developing tailored programs to meet their specific needs. The programs include Bid Management, Account and Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Client Relationship Management, Selling Skills and Negotiation Skills.

Whilst the main focus has been in Australian marketplace, Alec has substantial experience delivering training in Asian & US marketplaces.
Alec has spent 20+ years in the information technology industry, where he worked in a number of roles ranging from sales to general management. This experience has led to one of his key skills, namely the ability to help clients win critical bids by helping them create powerful and persuasive presentations.
Alec has a very engaging and relaxed facilitation style that quickly builds rapport and delivers the required outcomes. He is passionate about helping people reach their potential.
He has a Bsc (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Leeds University, UK
