Self Awareness Profile

Understanding our natural skills and talents and how these can assist us makes our impact in our careers will increase our confidence to deal with our challenges. It is not how well you do something, but how naturally you achieve the outcome that is the difference.

Our Self Awareness Profile helps people understand their initiate skills (based on responses to our coaching questionnaire). Skills like decision making, leadership support, creativity, structure, mediation, analysis, direction and compassion are graded into each profile. Importantly the profile must be self validated (recognised) by the individual.

A key area of the profile is the natural talent. These are our preferred responses to handling difficult circumstances. The more we learn how to harness these talents the better  our results. Just as in the sporting world appreciating a natural talent often becomes the edge over our competitors.

Everyone has a  'motovated' and demotivated state. Understanding how these work and how to maintain more time in the motivated state can keep us in our optimum state and improve performance.

How do we best interact with others? This is our prime mode for building business relations, rapport and social interaction with others. Understanding our natural ways of interacting provides a better understanding of our EQ abilities.

 


Development Cycle

We develop at different rates but the cycle is similar. This part of the profile shows our plateaus and the mountains to climb.

Some profiles exhibit skill intensities. These can be strengths or weaknesses. Understanding how to manage these with appropriate strategies can allow us to achieve well above the average. Overuse can often put us off balance. Learning how to manage these appropriately is a key skill.

 


Sabotage Patterns

Learning and understanding how to manage our sabotage patterns irons out our performance inconsistencies. Often we don't recognise the linkage between one pattern and the next resulting in frustration and confusion.

Based on the combined profile recommendations for fine tuning are made to focus more time on your profile 'sweet spot'.
