Develop Self Awareness
The second stage uses profiling systems to provide the individual with a reflective identity. Using either our Self Awareness Profile (innate skills) or BELBIN Team Roles (business behaviours) profile individuals are made aware of their natural strengths and weaknesses.
In some cases both profiles are used to uncover barriers to performance improvement. Using profiling helps direct energies and fine tune behavioural strategies to increase performance. The outcomes are smarter, more enjoyable and consistent levels of achievement.
